Return policy

    • Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) and the return address.
  3. Return Shipping:

    • If the item is being returned due to a change of mind and is not faulty, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of return postage.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  4. Refunds:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
  5. Exchanges:

    • Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
  6. Faulty Items:

    • If the item is faulty or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return postage costs.
